Ts & Cs

All sale appointments are 1-hour long and are therefore more suited to brides who know their style.

All sample gowns must be paid for in full at the time of purchase and taken away with you. No dresses will be held or reserved.

Please ensure you arrive on time. Appointments are back-to-back so they cannot overrun. If you are late you will have less time to try on dresses!

When viewing/choosing the dresses online, please bear in mind that bridal sizing is different to high street sizing. In some cases you may need to go up a size or two. In most cases, dresses can be taken in up to around 2 dress sizes, so gowns bigger than your size may also be a possibility.

Alteration costs are not included. Alterations can be booked at the time of purchase.

Please note: The bridal room is not suitable for young children. Please ensure any guests are over 10 years of age, as younger children will not be admitted. Thank you for your understanding.
