Covid-19 Updated Appointment Policies and Procedures
Please read the following Covid-19 updated policies and procedures alongside my general policies and procedures, which you can find by clicking here.
Thank you for considering a visit to Lucky Sixpence Bridal.
On 19th July 2021, government guidelines for Covid-19 restrictions changed to guidance, rather than law.
I will be keeping some procedures for the forseeable future, as case numbers are still high. This is to keep both you, and me, as safe as possible. I appreciate your co-operation. These procedures will be kept under review and will change as soon as it feels safe to do so. Please ensure you follow them when attending your appointment.
Many thanks for your understanding.
What you need to know – before your appointment:
I will ask any visitor appearing to be unwell or displaying Covid-19 symptoms, to leave the premises. Please postpone your appointment and rebook for a later date if you have been asked to self-isolate, or if you have recently developed a continuous cough, high temperature, or have a change or loss of taste or smell. I will thoroughly clean any dresses or accessories tried on, and all surfaces and touchpoints, between appointments.
Numbers are limited to the bride plus TWO ADULT GUESTS ONLY for each appointment. Please note, no additional guests, babies, or children will be admitted. You are welcome to include others via video call and take as many photos as you wish.
What you need to know – during your appointment:
If you wish to register your attendance for NHS Track and Trace purposes, I have in place a QR code, and also a sheet for you to register if you do not have the app.
Hand sanitiser will be provided. Please use this on arrival and before leaving, as well as throughout the appointment as you wish.
Unfortunately, the toilet will only be available in exceptional circumstances as it is located inside my home.
I will continue to wear a face-covering throughout all appointments while Covid cases continue to circulate in large numbers, and especially when I am assisting you in the fitting room or when having an alteration appointment. I appreciate it if you could do the same. This is to protect us both as we will be in close proximity to each other. Thank you.
Please remain facing forward while I am helping you in the fitting room. I will socially distance myself from you as much as possible throughout the rest of your appointment.
Your guests will be asked to remain seated to enable easier movement around the building.
If you have any questions, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many thanks, and I look forward to helping you find your dream dress!
